Planning for Long Term Care​  -  Assisted Living, Nursing Homes and Home Care​ - Planning to obtain the appropriate services required to be cared for at home, in an assisted living facility or nursing home and planning for the financing of such care.  We assist clients in identifying their long term care needs, and guide them through the process of obtaining such services.  Using the Medicaid laws and regulations, we counsel our clients on the appropriate methods to preserve and protect assets, and represent clients through the process of applying for Medicaid benefits.  We can assist clients in selecting a nursing home and can advocate for admission to a facility of the client’s preference.  We have assisted many clients with nursing home placement and home care services through our relationships and nursing homes and home care agencies.
